Collegium Musicum Conservatory of Music offers both class and individual instruction in all levels of Rudiments, Harmony and History. These courses will prepare the student to take examinations at any major music schools, including the Royal Conservatory of Music, as well as entrance examinations of colleges and universities. To ensure proper preparation, students are responsible for advising the teacher at the beginning of the term which examination they intend to take. It is highly recommended that students begin theory lessons as early as possible in order to have a strong foundation of oral and written skills integrated with practical skills.

Students can take private or group classes.
